Seton's win came from a few key players Mount Notre Dame will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Kaitlyn Hess, who posted 11 points and six boards. She has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Lauren Bain was another key player, going 5 for 6 on her way to 10 points.

Seton was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mercy McAuley only posted four assists.

Seton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.4 points per game. As for Mount Notre Dame, their record now sits at 13-2.

Everything came up roses for Mount Notre Dame against Seton when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the squad secured an 80-43 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Mount Notre Dame since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
