Western Yell County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 26-12 to the Mulberry Yellowjackets. One positive for the Wolverines, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Western Yell County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Mulberry, their win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-3.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Mulberry beat Western Yell County by a score of 26-11 later that day.
