Volleyball Game Preview: Hatley Tigers vs. Belmont Cardinals

The Hatley Tigers will square off against the Belmont Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Hatley's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Belmont has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.

It was a proper cat-fight when Hatley duked it out with Baldwyn on Monday. The Tigers came out on top against the Bearcats by a score of 3-1.

Hatley got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 22-25, 27-25, 33-31.

Meanwhile, Belmont suffered their biggest defeat since August 28th on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to Kossuth.

While Belmont had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-21, 25-19.

Belmont's loss dropped their record down to 14-14. As for Hatley, their win bumped their record up to 13-14.
