Baseball Recap: Myrtle Beach Takes a Loss

Myrtle Beach fell victim to North Myrtle Beach and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 7-0 to the Chiefs. The Seahawks haven't had much luck with the Chiefs recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Myrtle Beach got a good showing from Sinclair Bolick, who tossed four innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off three hits.

Myrtle Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for North Myrtle Beach, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-4.

While Myrtle Beach had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
