Basketball Recap: Southern Nash Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Southern Nash was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 65-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Beddingfield Bruins. The Firebirds were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bruins apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2024.

Despite the loss, Southern Nash still got an impressive performance from Jaden Hartsfield, who shot 50% from the field on his way to 24 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dayson Sanders, who posted 12 points.

Southern Nash's record is now 0-2. As for Beddingfield, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southern Nash won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Nash Central at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Beddingfield, they will also get right back to it: they'll challenge Bunn at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
