Football Recap: Saucon Valley Comes Up Short

If Saucon Valley was feeling good fresh off their 42-21 takedown of Bangor last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers took a 17-0 bruising from the Palisades Pirates on Friday. Surprisingly, this marked the Panthers' fifth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Braden Rohn threw for 27 yards on three of seven attempts.

Saucon Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Palisades, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
