Volleyball Recap: University Comes Up Short

University lost against McNeil back in August of 2017, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Trojans fell just short of the Mavericks by a score of 2-1.

University has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season. As for McNeil, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-14.

University wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Brentwood Christian on the 23rd. As for McNeil, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against East View on the 23rd.
