Preview: Clay Central-Everly vs. North Iowa
Clay Central-Everly will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against North Iowa at 7:00 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Clay Central-Everly had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They were completely outmatched, falling 0-67 to Northwood-Kensett.
Meanwhile, North Iowa couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They found themselves the relunctant recipients of an unpleasant 12-34 punch to the gut against Harris-Lake Park last Friday.
