Football Recap: Pine Prairie Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Pine Prairie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Iota Bulldogs 62-0. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana football rankings (they are ranked 310th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 142nd).

Pine Prairie's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Iota, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Pine Prairie is set to square off against their familiar foe Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Iota will take on rival Church Point at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
