Arlington lost to North Rockland last Tuesday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Admirals came out on top in a nail-biter against the Raiders, sneaking past 11-10. Arlington's victory was all the more impressive since the Raiders were averaging only 3.75 runs allowed on the season.
Hudson Cavallo looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off three hits.
At the plate, Griffin White was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. Tristan Rivera was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.
