Priory entered their tilt with Clovis on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They skirted past the Cougars 59-56. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 59-40 win the Cougars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2024.

Priory's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Clovis, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

Priory and Buchanan will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Clovis, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Archbishop Mitty at 3:00 p.m. on January 2, 2026.
