Soccer Recap: Lewisville Comes Up Short

Lewisville's game on Tuesday was all tied up 2-2 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the South Pointe Stallions by a score of 3-2. Lewisville have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

CJ Brunet and Mason Morrison scored both of Lewisville's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Lewisville's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for South Pointe, their win bumped their record up to 6-7.

Coming up, Lewisville is taking a road trip to take on Governor's School for Science & Math at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Pointe, they will welcome Richland Northeast at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
