Wheat Ridge won the last time they faced Pomona and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Farmers were the clear victors by a 7-2 margin over the Panthers. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Wheat Ridge's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit Pomona with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Caroline Darrow (3), Haleigh Seeling (3), and Lia Jeffrey.

The win got Wheat Ridge back to even at 4-4-3. As for Pomona, they dropped their record down to 2-9 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.
