Volleyball Recap: Front Range Christian Takes a Loss

After flying high against Dawson School two weeks ago, Front Range Christian came back down to earth. The Falcons lost 3-0 to the Denver Christian Thunder on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Thunder this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

While Front Range Christian was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-22, 25-13.

Lily Cameron paced Front Range Christian's offense, picking up five kills. Cameron got some help from Aubrey Deich and her five assists.

Front Range Christian's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Denver Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.

Front Range Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Heritage Christian on the 23rd. As for Denver Christian, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Peak to Peak on the 23rd.
