Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Winter Haven walked away with it. They blew past the Sarasota Sailors, posting an 82-25 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Blue Devils sure are getting used to it with their 15th in a row.

Winter Haven was led to victory by Dariasia Pitts and Azzariah Styles. Pitts went 8-for-12 on her way to 18 points and eight rebounds, while Styles went 6-for-9 en route to 14 points and six steals. Those 18 points gave Pitts a new career-high. Serenity Hardy was another key player, going 5-for-12 to rack up 14 points.

Winter Haven was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sarasota only posted three assists.

Sarasota's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Paisley Binswanger, who went 5-for-11 en route to 15 points and six boards. That was a full 60% of Sarasota's points, marking the seventh time in a row Binswanger has posted more than a third of the team's points. Diamond Edwards also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Winter Haven's win bumped their record up to 23-2. As for Sarasota, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-15.

Winter Haven has already played their next matchup, an 89-35 victory against Riverview Sarasota on the 18th. Sarasota does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
