Basketball Recap: Franklin County Lions vs. Butler Bulldogs

Butler got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jamil Walker out in front who dropped a double-double with 17 points and 15 boards. The dominant performance gave Walker a new career-high in points. Marcus Scurry Jr. was another key player, putting up ten points in addition to five assists and five rebounds.
Franklin County's loss dropped their record down to 15-15. As for Butler, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-8 record this season.
