Volleyball Recap: Homewood-Flossmoor Falls Short Against Ranked Trinity

Homewood-Flossmoor is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Trinity. The Vikings fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 2-1. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Homewood-Flossmoor's defeat dropped their record down to 19-5. As for Trinity, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-4.

Looking ahead, Homewood-Flossmoor will take on Marian Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Trinity, they will head out on the road to square off against Ohio County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
