Softball Recap: Hesperia Takes a Loss

Hesperia lost against Barstow back in March of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Hesperia Scorpions lost 17-6 to the Barstow Aztecs.

Hesperia saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Clarissa Martinez, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Annamarie Flores also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Hesperia's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for Barstow, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

While Hesperia had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
