Baseball Recap: Saginaw Takes a Loss

Saginaw was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat. They lost 9-0 to the Aledo Bearcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rough Riders of the 5-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Saginaw's defeat dropped their record down to 3-20-1. As for Aledo, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-5.

While Saginaw had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
