Football Recap: King's Academy Knights vs. Presentation Panthers
King's Academy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They slipped by the Presentation Panthers 13-12.
A big part of King's Academy's victory came down to the chemistry between Mia Bennette and her top target Sofia Poonen. Bennette threw for 210 yards and two touchdowns while Poonen picked up 102 receiving yards and a touchdown.
