Softball Recap: Centennial Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mt. Hebron, Centennial was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Atholton Raiders a 6-0 shutout. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Layla Schroyer was excellent, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 1-for-3. Julia Braganca was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base.

The victory got Centennial back to even at 4-4. As for Atholton, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6-1.
