Volleyball Game Preview: Tri-Township Tigers vs. Kouts Mustangs & Fillies

The Tri-Township Tigers will venture away from home to square off against the Kouts Mustangs & Fillies at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Tri-Township is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Tri-Township lost 3-0 to Westville on Monday.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-13, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Kouts came up short against Andrean on Thursday and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-12, 22-25, 25-12.

Kouts' loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-4. As for Tri-Township, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Everything went Tri-Township's way against Kouts in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Tri-Township made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
