Soccer Game Preview: Buffalo vs. Ravenswood

Buffalo is preparing for their first region matchup of the season on Saturday. They will head out to face off against the Ravenswood Red Devils at 10:00 a.m.

Buffalo is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals on Saturday, they were much more limited against Shady Spring on Tuesday. They fell 3-1 to the Tigers.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Wednesday Ravenswood sidestepped Tyler for a 3-2 win. The victory continues a trend for Ravenswood in their matchups with Tyler: they've now won eight in a row.

Reagen Durbin and Izzy Boothe scored all three of Ravenswood's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 21 goals.

Ravenswood's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Buffalo, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.
