Kapaun Mt. Carmel won the last time they faced South and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Crusaders came out on top against the Titans by a score of 2-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Kapaun Mt. Carmel took both sets by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-6, 25-14.

Collyns Livermore paced Kapaun Mt. Carmel's offense, picking up seven kills. Livermore got some help from Gracie Bezdek and her ten assists. Bezdek also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Alyssa Hammans, racking up three apiece.

Kapaun Mt. Carmel is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for South, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4-1.

Coincidentally, Kapaun Mt. Carmel and South will both be playing Northwest the next time they take the court. The Crusaders will head out to face the Grizzlies at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Titans will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
