Basketball Recap: Panguitch Comes Up Short

Panguitch fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Enterprise on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 58-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wolves. Bobcats fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Wolves since Tuesday.

When it comes to explaining why Panguitch lost, don't look at Trenton Virga. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double with 25 points and 17 boards. Casey Walter was another key player, putting up eight points and three steals.

Panguitch's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Panguitch will host Millard at 7:00 p.m. on December 3. As for Enterprise, they will head out to take on Duchesne at 7:00 p.m. on December 4.
