Football Recap: Sam Hall Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Pontiac

There's no place like home for Paxton-Buckley-Loda, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They put the hurt on the Pontiac Indians with a sharp 48-22 victory on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won five in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Paxton-Buckley-Loda to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sam Hall, who threw for 265 yards and six touchdowns on only 17 passes. Those 265 passing yards gave Hall a new career-high. Mason Vaughan helped Hall out on the ground, rushing for 125 yards and one TD, while also picking up 62 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Paxton-Buckley-Loda's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Pontiac, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.
