Tomball Memorial will head into Friday's matchup hoping to keep the good times rolling: they proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by 24) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Klein Collins 34-32. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wildcats have posted since December 12, 2023.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Tomball, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top against Klein Oak by a score of 48-40 on Friday.

Tomball's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Tomball Memorial, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-2 record this season.
