Volleyball Recap: Peachtree Academy Comes Up Short

Peachtree Academy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Stratford Academy Eagles. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stratford Academy found their leader in sophomore Bea Leary, who had 12 digs and three aces.

Peachtree Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Stratford Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-9 record this season.

Peachtree Academy has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against New Creation Christian Academy on the 26th. As for Stratford Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Scholars Guild Academy on the 23rd.
