Waynesboro barely beat Fort Defiance the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Little Giants were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Indians on Thursday. Waynesboro might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by three goals or more this season.

Gabe Rodriguez and Saul Ruiz scored all three of Waynesboro's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 27 goals.

Waynesboro has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 51 goals over those nine matches. As for Fort Defiance, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-9.
