Loyal put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Thorp Cardinals with a sharp 7-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 16-0 on Tuesday.

Rhett Lamovec was excellent, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Tryn Scheel, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

Loyal pushed their record up to 11-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Thorp, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Loyal will take on Spencer at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Thorp does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
