Baseball Recap: Hull Comes Up Short

If Hull was feeling good fresh off their 9-3 takedown of Norfolk County Agricultural last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pirates took an 11-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rockland Bulldogs on Wednesday. The Pirates were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bulldogs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Hull's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Rockland, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hull will host Cohasset at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Rockland, they will be playing at home against Cardinal Spellman at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
