Acalanes entered their tilt with Saint Mary on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Panthers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Dons have posted since October 10, 2024.

Acalanes' win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Saint Mary's, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Acalanes wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Rio Americano on the 23rd. After both having extra time off, Saint Mary's and Berkeley will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
