Football Recap: Gunderson Grizzlies vs. Del Mar Dons
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gunderson). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Del Mar Dons 38-10. For the Grizzlies, this counts as revenge for the 39-25 victory the Dons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2023.
Gunderson got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Cylis Cook out in front who rushed for 115 yards and one touchdown on only 12 carries, and also caught one score. The Grizzlies also got help from Greg Darling, who showed off his sure hands for 85 receiving yards.
