Jefferson City lost to Blue Springs South back in September of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Jays came out on top against the Jaguars by a score of 2-0.

Haley Niermeyer paced Jefferson City's offense, picking up six kills. Niermeyer got some help from Landrie Vogt and her 18 assists. Leah Heisler controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Jefferson City's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Blue Springs South, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Jefferson City wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Howell Central on the 13th. As for Blue Springs South, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Cor Jesu Academy on the 12th.
