If Rolla wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Minneola, they should've done a better job of containing Levi Lang. The Wildcats breezed past the Pirates to the tune of 72-41 on Tuesday thanks in part to Lang, who went 8-for-13 on his way to 21 points in addition to five boards and three steals. The contest was his eighth in a row with at least 15 points.

Another player making a difference was Tyson Klotz, who posted seven points along with six assists and four steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games he's played dating back to last season.

Minneola's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Rolla, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Minneola will be home for the holidays to greet Satanta at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup will give the Wildcats their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Rolla, after both having extra time off, they and Fellowship Baptist Academy will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
