While Triton put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Westover. Triton put the hurt on Westover with a sharp 16-0 win. Considering the Hawks have won six matches by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Triton was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Westover only posted a batting average of .300.
Triton pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.2 runs on average over those games. As for Westover, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
Triton will have a chance to go back-to-back against Westover: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
