Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Thunderbird Adventist Academy). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat American Heritage Academy 43-10. Thunderbird Adventist Academy didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this win makes it their second in a row.

Katy Bayer had a dynamite game for Thunderbird Adventist Academy, putting up 23 points and five steals. The dominant performance gave Bayer a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Amanda Luca, who posted eight points and six rebounds.

The victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-12. As for American Heritage Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-12 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road.
