Volleyball Game Preview: South Decatur Cougars vs. Tri Titans

The South Decatur Cougars will face off against the Tri Titans at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Thursday, South Decatur came up short against Rising Sun and fell 3-1. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While South Decatur had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 20 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-21, 15-25, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Tri lost 3-0 to Blue River Valley on Saturday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-13, 25-14.

Tri's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for South Decatur, they now have a losing record of 12-13.

South Decatur beat Tri 3-1 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Do the Cougars have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Titans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
