Basketball Recap: Merrimack Finds Home Court Redemption Against Londonderry

There's no place like home for Merrimack, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They came out on top against the Londonderry Lancers by a score of 62-55 on Friday. The Tomahawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Lancers, too.

Merrimack's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for Londonderry, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Merrimack will challenge Manchester Central at 6:30 p.m. on January 10th. As for Londonderry, they will be playing at home against Spaulding at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Londonderry is facing Spaulding at the right time seeing as Spaulding is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
