Softball Game Preview: Wilson Hall Barons vs. Laurence Manning Academy Swampcats

For the second straight game, Wilson Hall will face off against Laurence Manning Academy. The Barons will head out on the road to challenge the Swampcats at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Wilson Hall heads in on the heels of a playoff match on Tuesday. They fell 5-1 to Laurence Manning Academy. The Barons have struggled against the Swampcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Wilson Hall saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Abby Bradley, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Laurence Manning Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-3 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Wilson Hall, their loss dropped their record down to 5-11.
