Basketball Recap: Waunakee Takes a Loss

After flying high against Sauk Prairie on Thursday, Waunakee came back down to earth. The Warriors took a 60-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kettle Moraine Lutheran Chargers on Saturday.

Waunakee's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Kettle Moraine Lutheran, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Waunakee will face off against Wisconsin Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Kettle Moraine Lutheran, they will venture away from home to take on Germantown at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
