Soccer Game Preview: Aurora West College Prep Academy vs. Loveland Classical

The Aurora West College Prep Academy Spartans will challenge the Loveland Classical Lions at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

On Monday, Aurora West College Prep Academy made easy work of Sheridan and carried off a 7-1 win. Erick Uriarte was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Loveland Classical). They were the clear victors by a 7-4 margin over William Smith on Monday. The victory was familiar territory for Loveland Classical, who have now won three matches in a row.

Loveland Classical now has a winning record of 5-4-1. As for Aurora West College Prep Academy, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.

Aurora West College Prep Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against Loveland Classical in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Do the Spartans have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Lions turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
