Soccer Recap: Letchworth Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wayland-Cohocton, Letchworth was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Alfred-Almond Eagles by a score of 4-2. The high-scoring effort was just what Letchworth needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

The victory got Letchworth back to even at 1-1. As for Alfred-Almond, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Letchworth will challenge Geneseo at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Alfred-Almond, they will head out to challenge Andover at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
