Basketball Recap: Holt Comes Up Short

Holt lost against Brookwood back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Ironmen lost 49-28 to the Panthers.

Holt's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Brookwood, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holt will face off against Sipsey Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Ironmen are facing the Bears at the right time seeing as the Bears are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Brookwood, they will host Northside at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rams have been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
