Mountain Vista is a perfect 3-0 against Lewis-Palmer since August of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Golden Eagles will be taking part in a tournament against the Rangers at 3:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Mountain Vista sitting on four straight wins and Lewis-Palmer on nine.

Mountain Vista's tournament run continued when they took on Air Academy on Friday. The Golden Eagles blew past the Kadets 3-0.

Meanwhile, Lewis-Palmer got the win against Grandview on Friday by a conclusive 3-0.

While Lewis-Palmer won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-23, 25-19.

Lewis-Palmer's victory bumped their record up to 13-7. As for Mountain Vista, their win bumped their record up to 15-6.

Mountain Vista beat Lewis-Palmer 3-1 in their previous matchup back in August. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Golden Eagles since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
