Football Game Recap: Vermilion Catholic vs. Loreauville

Vermilion Catholic took care of business in their home opener. They were fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Loreauville 45-6. That result is just more of the same for Vermilion Catholic, who also won the last time these teams played.

Vermilion Catholic's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 31 points in the first half. Meanwhile, Loreauville couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 31-0 heading into the break. The other side of the ball continued to do well for Vermilion Catholic in the second half and held Loreauville to 6 points. The game leaves both teams with the exact same record at 0-0.

Vermilion Catholic are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Erath next week at 7:00 PM. Loreauville will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Lafayette Christian Academy at 7:00 PM.
