Basketball Recap: Clinton Central Takes a Loss

Clinton Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss. The game between the Clinton Central Bulldogs and the Frontier Falcons didn't end well, with the Clinton Central Bulldogs falling 61-42. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Clinton Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-20. As for Frontier, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season.

While Clinton Central had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
