Soccer Recap: East Henderson Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, East Henderson was not quite Tuscola's equal in the second half on Wednesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mountaineers. Both teams had to tread carefully at times as the refs weren't afraid to hand out yellow cards: Emma Stevenson was handed one for East Henderson, while Tuscola got theirs courtesy of Olivia Thomas.

This is the second loss in a row for East Henderson and nudges their season record down to 2-5-2. As for Tuscola, they pushed their record up to 6-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
