After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Brock, Stephenville was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Mineral Wells Rams 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Yellow Jackets/Honeybees also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-15, 25-21.

Despite the loss, Mineral Wells saw an underclassman step up: freshman Jentry Jeter had 20 assists and two aces.

Stephenville's victory bumped their record up to 25-10. As for Mineral Wells, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-17-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Stephenville is set to challenge their familiar foe Graham at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mineral Wells will face off against rival Brock at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
