Basketball Recap: St. Henry Redskins vs. Celina Bulldogs
The St. Henry Redskins entered their tilt with the Celina Bulldogs with 12 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 13. St. Henry was the clear victor by a 80-56 margin over the Bulldogs. St. Henry's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Evan Bowers was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 27 points and 15 rebounds. He hasn't dropped below 15 points for nine straight games. Caden Bergman was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with eight rebounds.
St. Henry's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.6 points per game. As for Celina, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-8.
